Terms and Conditions for Enrollment in English Classes
Payment Terms
All students are required to pay the full tuition fee for the upcoming month at the beginning of the first class of each month. Payment must be made in advance to secure your place in the class.
Class Continuation and Cancellation Notice
Students must inform the administration at least 2 weeks prior to the end of the current month if they do not wish to continue classes for the following month. Failure to provide this notice will result in automatic enrollment and payment for the subsequent month.
Discounts and Promotions
Discounts, promotions, or special offers are non-cumulative and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR Consent)
By enrolling, students consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (such as name, contact details, and attendance records) for the sole purpose of managing their classes and keeping them informed about schedules, updates, and important announcements related to their courses.
The school commits to handling personal data responsibly and securely, in compliance with GDPR regulations. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Right to Amend Terms
The school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to students.
